We are looking for a high-potential Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Cybersecurity & Risk Resilience team. This isn’t just a “data entry” job. This is an apprenticeship-style role where you will work directly under industry veterans who have been navigating the cyber-risk landscape for years.
Requirements
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage high-value targets through strategic cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling.
- Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand a business’s current security posture and qualify lead fit based on our risk resilience frameworks.
- Meeting Coordination: Successfully bridge the gap between initial interest and technical deep-dives by booking high-quality appointments for the senior advisory team.
- CRM Hygiene: Act as the “Salesforce Pilot, ” maintaining impeccable data integrity, tracking pipeline health, and ensuring all interactions are documented for precise forecasting.
- The Translator: Take dense, technical cybersecurity concepts and explain them simply and professionally to business owners and non-technical stakeholders.
- Follow-up Discipline: Manage a high-volume cadence of follow-ups to ensure no prospect is left behind and every lead is nurtured through the funnel.
