Test Manager

Role Overview

As Test Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality in challenging projects in the banking sector. You will plan, coordinate, and control all test activities, from test conception to execution and evaluation.

You will execute release, system, and regression tests, evaluate test results, and coordinate with development, department, and product owner.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in test management or quality assurance of IT projects in the banking or financial sector
• Experience with banking applications such as agree21 or OSPlus
• Safe handling of tools such as aqua, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience with deposit opening processes or similar banking topics
• Knowledge of test automation (e.g. Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)
• Experience in agile projects (Scrum, SAFe) and identification with agile values
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
