Job Description
This Medical Case Manager position provides effective case management services to patients or employees in accordance with URAC and CMSA standards of practice. The role involves reviewing medical records, analyzing data, identifying needs and obstacles to resolving medical cases, and facilitating timely RTW. The position requires travel and relies on clinical expertise and communication with various parties involved in the case.
Requirements
- Reviews case records and reports.
- Collects and analyzes data.
- Evaluates medical status of injured worker/disabled individual.
- Provides recommendations for RTW.
- Demonstrates ability to meet administrative requirements.
- May perform job site evaluations.
- Facilitates timely return to work.
