The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in event management and leadership, with a proven track record of managing high-volume event portfolios and geographically distributed teams.
Requirements
- Senior-level employee event program/project manager with 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years of team management experience (global a plus)
- Proven experience with enterprise technology or software companies
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume event portfolios (100+ events annually)
- Experience with global enterprise employee-centered gatherings and events
- Experience with hybrid and virtual event production and technology platforms
- Strong budget management, vendor negotiation, and financial accountability skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior/executive levels
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with Australian employment and compliance requirements
- Must be organized, detail oriented, a self starter, proactive
- Be a smart and resourceful individual and team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a highly complex matrix
- Ability to drive to tight deadlines
