Our mission at CRB Consultants is to improve the credit health of our clients promptly by providing excellent customer service, helpful tools and resources as well as working with the client as a team to achieve a better credit outcome. We are seeking a dynamic, caring, and ridiculously talented executive assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to established Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profits, senior-level executives, and successful business owners.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant or senior administrative assistant to one or more executives
- Advanced knowledge of online software such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other popular productivity tools
- Ability to multitask with ease and prioritize work as needed
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines
