Product Lead

Create Music Group is building the systems that power its operations, partners, and customers. The Product Lead will own product domains, identify problems, and work with teams to turn solutions into real impact.

Requirements

• Own one or more product domains and the outcomes they deliver
• Identify high-leverage product problems and translate them into clear product hypotheses
• Work closely with data, design and engineering to turn those hypotheses into working software
• Use AI tools across the product stack to explore ideas, prototype solutions, and accelerate iteration
• Run experiments and product iterations, ship improvements quickly, and learn from real usage
