Quality Inspector 1

Role Overview

Performs product visual inspection and measurements to independently determine and promote conformance with quality standards, records inspection data and rejects nonconforming materials. Participates in issue resolution and follows action plans when a non-conformance is detected.

What You Will Do

Independently performs product visual inspection and measurements, records inspection data, and rejects nonconforming materials. Participates in issue resolution and utilizes the Stop Call Wait and Escalate process for reoccurring defects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year working experience in electronics manufacturing
• Basic computer skills
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/Operations knowledge
• Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) or equivalent experience
• IPC A-610 (inspection acceptance) or applicable standard (e.g. IPC-A600)
• Proficient English verbal communication
