Senior QA Engineer - Manual

Senior QA Engineer responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions in an agile/scrum environment.

Requirements

• Plan, organize, and implement day-to-day activities of testing and work with developers, architects, and technical release managers within an agile/scrum environment
• Participate in scrum & product planning and be responsible for all phases and types of testing
• Develop a process to ensure the highest level of quality assurance possible
• Assist in the development of ongoing training programs for the QA Team
• Provide department-specific orientation and training for new hires
• Maintain open communication with internal teams
• Understand complex business and functional requirements and provide direction in designing the technical test cases
• Work with project, and engineering teams in implementing & enforcing quality gates at each stage of the pipeline
