Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our management team in operational daily business, with a focus on HR processes, finance, and communication. The role involves direct support of management, preparation of financial statements, and organization of meetings and trips.
Requirements
- Commercial education or study in the field of business administration
- Independent working style in solving problems and challenges
- Secure handling of MS-Office applications, especially Excel
- Very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
- High level of self-motivation, flexibility, and reliability
