Operator I - 3rd Shift

The Operator I is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery used in the production process, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and finished products meet quality standards.

Requirements

• 0-2 years Operator experience
• Average math skills and proven ability to perform tasks
• Ability to read and interpret company documents
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
• Mechanical or machine operation experience
• Food Safety Responsibilities: Attend all food safety training sessions (GMP, SQF, HACCP, Allergen, Food Facility Security, Preventing Foodborne Illness)
• Participate in company GMP walks
• Enforce company rules regarding food safety and monitoring
• Able to work in a facility where milk, eggs, peanuts, soy and/or wheat allergens are processed, with or without accommodation.
