AI Enablement Lead

We're hiring an AI Enablement Lead to sit at the heart of our AI Engineering team and make AI real for every person in the company. The role involves embedding AI tools into workflows, building agents and automations that unlock meaningful productivity gains, and upleveling every team's ability to work with AI.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in a technical and/or project management role
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs
• Strong technical fluency
• Proven track record of driving technology adoption
• Excellent communicator
