
Job description
This position provides process sustaining support in an automated semiconductor production environment, focusing on Implantation. The role works a compressed 12 hour night shift, collaborating with the Engineering team to develop and qualify new processes and tool sets.
Work closely with Engineering to develop and qualify new processes, report and document process issues, handle material depositions, and assist in creating new procedures. Perform technical tests, set up processing equipment, and provide guidance to line operators.
This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Electronics Engineer Technology or Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience in a semiconductor environment.
