
Job description
As a Test Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement cost-effective test methods and equipment for all phases of new product development and manufacturing. You will work closely with business units, vendors, and OSAT's to develop and enable the transfer of new products to production.
Research, design, develop, and implement test methods during the functional, validation, and qualification phases of the new product development cycle to evaluate the performance of new products. Aid in installation, implementation, and operation of new equipment, processes, and procedures to support expanding test needs.
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple projects and use critical thinking to make sound decisions. Experience with test development, characterization, data sheet performance testing, bench test equipment, ATE testers and handlers, hardware development, software development, and statistical data analysis is required.
