Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Varnisher to join our team onboard a cruise ship. The successful candidate will have experience in varnishing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Varnisher, preferably in a marine or woodworking environment
- In-depth knowledge of different types of varnish and their application methods
- Ability to mix and match colors to achieve desired results
- Familiarity with different types of wood and their reactions to varnish
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Physically fit and able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
