Social Media Growth & Content Architect (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a Social Media Growth & Content Architect who understands reels virality, creator psychology, and performance-driven content. The ideal candidate will be able to launch and scale our Reels strategy, build and escalate our Creator Program, and support creative direction across web and campaign assets.

Requirements

• Plan and execute high-performing Instagram, Youtube & LinkedIn Reels
• Identify trends early and adapt them to our niche
• Create hooks, scripts, shot breakdowns, and content formats
• Optimize for reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Track performance and iterate based on data
• Structure and launch CrewBloom’s internal/external Creator Program
• Recruit and onboard creators
• Create content guidelines and virality playbooks
• Develop incentive structures
• Track creator performance and scale what works
• Support website creative direction (headlines, visuals, structure inputs)
• Assist with campaign creatives and content ideas
• Work closely with marketing and design
