Job Description
Talk4less Wireless is seeking an ambitious and goal-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead the sales team by example and increase overall profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and a positive mental attitude.
Requirements
- Take full-time or part-time employee through the New Hire Training program within their first two weeks of employment
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly training to all Sales Leads, Managers and Sales Consultants
- Observe employee/customer sales interactions daily and provide on-the-spot feedback
- Lead the sales team by example and increase overall profitability
- Manage Managers, Sales Leaders and Sales Associates to meet and exceed company set goals/metrics
- Ensure store personnel are following set policy and procedures in the store
- Hold weekly/bi-weekly Store Meetings
- Work shifts in the Stores within the Market to provide side-by-side selling experiences, coaching and training
