Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

On behalf of CNS Cares, this position is responsible for assisting assigned clients with Daily Living Activities, reporting changes in client condition, and completing records.

Requirements

• Demonstrates competence and skills as a certified nursing assistant.
• Reports on changes in the client’s ability and compliance with the Plan of Care.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
• Follows specific written instructions for personal care prepared by a supervisor.
• Assists client with prescribed exercise as instructed per supervisor.
