Job Description
The Manager, Department Online Mall Sales is responsible for driving sales growth across department store online channels through channel development and promotional execution, in line with the financial plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in Fashion/Retail; 5+ years in e-commerce sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of Korean online market trends and product strategy.
- Fluent English communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
- Strong planning, execution, and team leadership skills.
