cross-ING is an independent, ISO 9001/13485 certified Swiss engineering company that offers expertise in product development. We are looking for a Hardware & System Testing Engineer to strengthen our team immediately.
Requirements
- Completed education as automation technician, electronics technician, or comparable qualification, or study in the field of electrical engineering (BSc advantageous)
- Experience in testing and validating hardware systems, ideally in a safety-critical environment
- Secure handling of test instruments and tools, including Sistema
- Knowledge in simulation and analysis of electrical components (e.g. Spice advantageous)
- Experience in applying relevant standards (e.g. Machinery Directive, Low Voltage Directive)
- Experience with E-CAD systems (e.g. Zuken E3 or EPLAN) and basic knowledge of electrical design is advantageous
- Programming knowledge (e.g. C++, Python, Lua) for test automation is advantageous
- Very good German and good English skills
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working, team skills, and initiative
