Doctorate of Physical Therapy, 3 years of clinical work experience, current BLS certification
Nurse Practitioner
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, board certification, and NC state licensure required
PRN Nurse Practitioner
5+ years of clinical experience, Board Certification, and licensure in Washington
