Crusoe is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize and support production facilities, focusing on plant layout, throughput optimization, and daily production support. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within a complex assembly or electromechanical environment
- CAD Proficiency: Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software (SolidWorks, SketchUp) for creating plant layouts and fixture designs
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) and their application
- Materials & Assembly: Knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly processes
- Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to solve manufacturing problems utilizing a first principles approach and data-driven analysis
