Job Description
Crux is a capital markets platform revolutionizing clean energy and manufacturing financing in the US. They are seeking a Principal to expand their Industry Coverage team, focusing on building relationships with clients and advisor groups. This role is responsible for advising developers, IPPs, utilities, manufacturers, and sponsors on capital structures and formation across debt, tax equity, and other financial products.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in power & utilities or renewables finance
- Significant transactional experience across debt, equity, M&A, tax equity
- Expertise in clean energy & infrastructure capital markets
- High ethical standards
