Job Description
The Branch Manager will oversee business sourcing and relationship management, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and manage the end-to-end process of loan disbursement. They will also be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, ensuring process and documentation compliance, and hiring and training sales team members.
