Job Description
The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for business sourcing and relationship management, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and end-to-end process coordination of loan disbursement. They will also manage and motivate the sales team, empanel new dealers, and ensure process and documentation compliance.
