Job Description
Lead and manage the support, maintenance, and optimization of the bank's core banking applications and interfaces. Ensure uninterrupted banking operations, effective incident resolution, and problem management.
Requirements
- First and second-level support for application-related issues of retail module
- Collaboration with business/Operations users and IT helpdesk to resolve day-to-day issues
- Liaising with external vendors for support, enhancements, and compliance
- Meeting and negotiating service levels; and managing vendor performance
- Leading incident, change, and problem management processes
- Leading and mentoring the application support team
- Assigning tasks, setting goals, and monitoring performance
- Conducting training sessions for users and internal teams
- Driving to implement best practices
- Coordinating with InfoSec and Technology teams for system hardening, penetration testing, and patch management
- Maintaining operational manuals and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Driving service improvement reviews and ensuring SLAs/OLAs are met
