Job Description
This role requires a Relationship Manager to focus on business development within the FI and Agriculture sectors, servicing borrowers and ensuring compliance with bank policies and processes. The position involves cross-selling products and maintaining excellent service delivery in the credit lifecycle.
Requirements
- Business development and achievement of assigned targets
- Laisoning with branches for business development and servicing of borrowers
- Compliance with product and regulatory policies
- Maintaining TAT in end-to-end delivery of credit
- Cross-selling of other bank products
- Optimizing interest and fees for profitability
