Requirements

- Transporting from one point to another to resolve incidents
- Equipment maintenance
- Ensuring service compliance
- Providing technical support on site in priority to the Urgencies sector
- Configure and install equipment at designated locations by the client
- Uninstall, move, reposition and enable workstations according to customer requests
- Replace faulty equipment with similar characteristics
- Provide technical assistance in the event of modifications, changes or renewals in computer networks
- Diagnose and perform minor maintenance tasks on printers
- Provide remote technical assistance
- Install, repair and reinstall antivirus on all workstations
- Manage and resolve incidents
- Assist urgent users via the guard cell phone
- Generate alerts in case of application crashes outside of the Help Desk hours
- Provide proposals and participate in improvements
- Migrate massive workstations according to customer requests
