Role Overview

Cuesta Partners is seeking a Data Architect to lead transformational data programs with companies looking to enhance their AI & data capabilities. The role involves designing business data models, leading model review sessions, and presenting design options to executives and technical teams.

What You Will Do

Design business data models, translate business requirements into technical design specifications, develop work estimates, coach and mentor a team, define data architecture framework, and collaborate with team members and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field
• 10+ years of work experience in the data analytics space
• Active, hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools
• Expertise aligned to technologies listed in Key Areas of Focus
