We are seeking a Sales Book Counselor to join our team, someone who is passionate about reading and sharing favorite books. As a Sales Book Counselor, you will be responsible for informing and proposing products to customers, ensuring exceptional service, and organizing the store's offer to make it the Reference Bookstore. You will also have the opportunity to animate collective courses related to your passions and contribute to the store's performance.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have developed one or more specialized areas: Literature, Humanities, Comics, Children's Literature, Practical Life, Travel, Education, Personal Development...
- You inform and propose products that meet customer expectations to ensure exceptional service.
- You ensure a qualitative shelving arrangement to make the shelves attractive and contribute to the store's performance.
- You organize the offer according to the current news, your favorite books, trends to be the Reference Bookstore.
