The Implementation Specialist will lead healthcare organizations through the successful deployment and adoption of CureMD's healthcare technology solutions, driving project execution, workflow optimization, user adoption, and overall client success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing healthcare technology solutions, including Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR), Practice Management (PM), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and patient engagement or healthcare SaaS platforms
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working within ambulatory/outpatient healthcare environments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing projects and manage stakeholder expectations across clinical, operational, and executive teams
