Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work on designing, developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. You will work in a tight knit team, working closely with the founding team who have a strong track record of building industry defining machine learning and analytics products.

What You Will Do

Ability to rapidly prototype ideas using large language models and develop and implement ML solutions by fine-tuning these models and augmenting them with retrieval. Implement effective data processing techniques to ensure high-quality input for the machine learning models.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in applied machine learning with a focus on such fields as search, recommendations and information retrieval
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques
• Ability and willingness to work onsite 4-5 days a week at our Sunnyvale office
