Experience in solar sales is preferred, but not necessary; sales experience with big ticket items is desired
Change Control Manager
Bachelors degree required. ITIL-based ITSM expertise and experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools required
Operations Specialist
2+ years customer service/project coordination. Strong communication & organizational skills. Familiarity with solar project workflows preferred
Solar Advisor
Verbal communication is key. Strong organization and computer skills are needed. Collaborative attitude and adaptability are desired
Journeyman LRT
Active Oregon LRT license, 3+ years installation experience, valid driver's license, and physical stamina. Must be comfortable working on rooftops
Journeyman Electrician
Must have a valid Oregon Journeyman Electrical License & a valid driver's license. Must be comfortable on roofs and willing to work physically demanding conditions
Solar Installer
2+ years install experience. Oregon driver's license. Comfortable working on roofs and using ladders
Solar Energy Consultant
Experience in solar sales preferred. Must be enthusiastic and coachable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed
Solar Service Technician
2+ years of solar experience, valid Oregon driver’s license & basic electrician tools are needed. Must be physically able to lift, climb, and work on roofs
Warehouse and Inventory Specialist
High school diploma or equivalent & 2+ years experience in warehouse/inventory. Strong organizational skills & forklift certification req. 40 hrs/week full-time position
