Job Description
The position of Tooling Technician will report directly to the Mechanic/Tool Room Lead and will work cooperatively with other team members to provide quality products to our customers in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
Requirements
- Provide complete, high level customer products/service and support for customers and other Custom Truck One Source facilities.
- Process requests of Mechanic/Tool Room Lead in an accurate and timely manner.
- Diagnose departmental issues and communicate issues with Mechanic/Tool Room Lead.
- Stay up to date on all procedure or process changes and utilize appropriate tools to improve process efficiency.
- Provide high quality workmanship.
