Lead Director, Portfolio Strategy & Commercial Enablement

We are seeking a Lead Director, Portfolio Strategy & Commercial Enablement to provide strategic leadership and operational direction for the portfolio strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of CVS Health’s next generation pharma data and analytics products, services, and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Define and operationalize a unified and integrated portfolio strategy and multi year roadmap for CVS Health’s pharma data and analytics products, services, and platform capabilities.
• Establish and manage portfolio governance frameworks that ensure coordinated development, prioritization, and strategic alignment across multiple organizational verticals.
• Serve as the enterprise ambassador for the analytics portfolio, leading regular cross Trade and enterprise syncs with partner business units (e.g., Specialty, Retail, Aetna, Legal, Marketing) to drive alignment and execution.
