Founder's Associate CVX Ventures

CVX Ventures is seeking an exceptional Founder's Associate to lead the company through its next phase of expansion, building and leading teams, and shaping the future of venture investing. This hands-on leadership role will be at the forefront of the company's growth, driving strategy, and recruiting key talent across Europe and beyond. The Associate will also be responsible for representing CVX publicly and engaging in deal flow and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Lead the growth and execution across all CVX markets, existing and new ones
• Build, manage and inspire high-performing local teams
• Own the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence
• Lead the continuous expansion of our angel investor network across Europe
• Represent CVX publicly - at events, conferences, and in media
• Drive culture, excellence, and performance across all markets
• Report directly to the Board.
