We are looking for a Telemarketing Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Telemarketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading our Swedish sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with other members of the organization and report directly to the CEO.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience preferably within risk capital, fast-growing startups, or dynamic environments
- Natural ability to sell and success in reaching and exceeding revenue targets
- High work ethic and a sense of urgency
- Exceptional drive and a willingness to be the best at what you do
- Proactivity and ability to take ownership of everything you do
- Strong ability to create cooperation and trust between people, and win the trust of business leaders
- Strong interest in risk capital and startups
- Strong communication skills at the management and board level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Humility and a passion for building and developing new businesses
- Fluent Swedish and English
- A big plus if you have a network within the Swedish startup ecosystem
