Requirements
- Manage and maintain the Vice President's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel preparations.
- Check and forward incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and answer on behalf of the Vice President if necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and events.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing the agenda, taking minutes, and follow-up.
- Handle confidential documents to ensure they are safe and organized.
- Contact internal departments, interest groups, and external partners on behalf of the Vice President.
