Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Advanced degree preferred
• Experience in engineering consumer goods a plus
• Proven track record building and scaling engineering teams
• Multiple years of leadership experience in the metal and plastics industry
• Deep expertise in mechanical engineering and product development
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering principles
• Process-driven thinking and problem-solving skills
