Professional Services Manager

As a Professional Services Manager at Cyncly, you will lead a cross-regional team responsible for delivering enterprise software implementations, ensuring high standards of delivery, predictability, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams in Professional Services or similar consulting/services environments.
• Strong business acumen with hands-on experience managing revenue, margin, utilization, predictability, and other operational KPIs.
• Demonstrated experience with capacity planning, staffing, and workload forecasting.
• Prior exposure to external customer-facing services (Professional Services, Consulting, Implementation, Customer Success with billable components, etc.).
