Supply Chain Manager

d-Matrix is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own the Asia-side supply chain operations for AI hardware products, working remotely with hybrid onsite work at our Bengaluru, India, offices. The role involves PCBA build planning and execution, procurement management, variance analysis, Asia logistics, and inventory management.

Requirements

• 8+ years in supply chain planning, procurement, or manufacturing operations
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
• Hands-on experience with contract manufacturers, preferably in electronics/PCBA
• Strong procurement fundamentals: PO management, invoice reconciliation, cost analysis
• Analytical mindset — proficient in Excel/data tools for variance analysis and reporting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity
