Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a Title Examiner to evaluate and compile documents, prepare title reports, and provide administrative support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2+ years of escrow/title agency experience
- Working knowledge of real estate financing, escrow, title, and conveyance terminology; title insurance requirements and regulations; and underwriting procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and provide attention to detail
