Job Description
We're looking for an Associate Director to lead the delivery of land services across major infrastructure and utility projects. You will manage stakeholder engagement, land access negotiations, and acquisition strategies, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, ethically, and in line with client expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in land management, property, or infrastructure projects
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of Irish land law, compulsory purchase, and utility sector practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
