Social Media Manager:in (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager with a strategic approach, high data affinity, and passion for creative, performance-oriented communication. In this role, you will oversee the comprehensive care of our customers, develop sound social media strategies, and control campaigns from the idea to the analysis.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in social media management, ideally in agencies or in consulting
• Sound knowledge of social media strategy, performance marketing, campaign control, and analysis
• Strong data-driven mentality with safe handling in reporting, KPI tracking, and derivation of measures
• Experience in customer consulting, project management
• Very good feeling for brands, target groups, and digital communication
• Structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, presentation confidence, and sovereign appearance in customer contact (workshop expertise is a plus)
• Team player mentality, hands-on mentality, and high commitment
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (every additional language is a plus)
