Manufacturing Lean Manager

We're looking for a Manufacturing Lean Manager to strengthen operational excellence by embedding Lean principles into our manufacturing plant. You'll lead the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of the plant's Lean Manufacturing framework, driving continuous improvement through kaizen events and workshops. You'll coach managers and supervisors to build ownership and accountability, and improve operational flow by identifying and eliminating waste across production, logistics, and support processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations within a Lean or high-precision environment
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems and continuous improvement principles
• Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
