Process Engineering Intern

We are looking for an Intern in Process Engineering for our plant in Castel San Pietro! You’ll contribute directly to improving how our production processes perform—making them safer, more efficient, and more sustainable.

Requirements

• Analyze existing production processes through data collection, shop-floor observation, and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean principles, 5S, and waste reduction practices
• Prepare and update technical reports and KPIs related to production and maintenance performance
• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams on non-conformities and root cause analysis
• Contribute to industrialization activities, including new product introduction, process cycles, and work instructions
