Transportation Coordinator

We are looking for a Transportation Coordinator to support our transportation team with daily administrative tasks, including maintaining inter-departmental communication, tracking driver activity, and analyzing route efficiencies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in transportation support and logistics practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Transportation Support and/or dispatch experience
• At least 6 months of box truck driving experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of transportation/logistics practices and procedures
• Knowledge of best practices for customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Willingness to be a strong team player and contribute to a positive work environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
