Job description
The Lease Operator is responsible for oil and gas well operations, well testing, and maintaining field equipment and facilities. The job involves daily monitoring of multiple well sites, testing and troubleshooting equipment, and performing mandatory paperwork. The position requires safe work practices and acceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs.
Monitor multiple well sites daily, test and calibrate equipment, troubleshoot mechanical problems, perform paperwork, and maintain general housekeeping and field maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of Lease Operator experience, a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, and a valid US Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. The candidate must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements, including background, drug test, MVR, agility, and fit for duty.
