Job description
Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer III to support development and integration of advanced U.S. Navy tactical systems in Huntsville, AL. This position requires a current, active security clearance at least at the secret level. The role involves leading or supporting development and modification of complex systems and subsystems, performing advanced systems engineering analysis and design activities, and managing and decomposing system requirements into implementable components.
Lead or support development and modification of complex systems and subsystems, perform advanced systems engineering analysis and design activities, manage and decompose system requirements into implementable components, conduct system performance modeling and analysis, support and lead system integration and hardware/software integration & test, perform system verification and validation activities, troubleshoot complex system-level issues and drive resolution, collaborate across engineering teams to support system design and implementation, contribute to embedded systems development efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field, 5–7 years of systems engineering experience, strong experience in systems design, development, and integration, experience with real-time systems development, experience with programming or scripting, strong understanding of requirements management and system decomposition, experience working with DOORS, experience working in a Linux and Agile environment.
