Curriculum Manager - Software Engineering

DataCamp is looking for a Curriculum Manager - Software Engineering to build and manage their software engineering curriculum. The role involves designing and developing curriculum, recruiting instructors, and creating engaging content.

Requirements

• Proven full-stack web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Typescript
• Hands-on experience with JS/TS backend frameworks such as Express or Next.js and familiarity with front-end frameworks like React
• Experience with modern JS tooling such as npm and yarn, automated testing using frameworks such as Jest, and methodologies as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Strong expertise in instructional design, with proven experience designing, structuring, and teaching technical courses, and creating interactive, hands-on learning experiences
• Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, or a related STEM field, or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow automation—without sacrificing truthfulness and quality
