This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top law firms in the U.S.! Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Manager, Lawyer Talent Acquisition to join our team in our New York or Washington D.C. offices.
Requirements
- 5+ years' work experience as a legal recruiter required, preferably in an environment recruiting partners.
- 5+ years' demonstrated knowledge of current law firm industry trends in those markets required.
- 5+ years' strong relationships and connections in legal markets, with search firms and counterparts at other legal employers
- 5+ years' active involvement and presence in industry professional group(s), in some combination of leadership roles, speaking engagements, publishing articles, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree required, JD preferred
- Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain effective working relationships and communicate verbally and in writing in a professional, courteous manner with lawyers, firm members, professional staff and other business contacts
